Waste, Renewables & Energy

We provide clients with practical commercial solutions helping them to manage the legal issues surrounding the increasing pressure on businesses to reduce emissions and waste and to increase the use of renewable sources.

What we can do for you

We draw upon many years of experience in the sector to give our clients a real insight into the legal and regulatory issues and through our membership of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management. We are aware of proposed changes in the law before they come into effect, giving our clients unparalleled access to future legislative and regulatory direction.

Our waste management lawyers have a solid grasp of the complex regulatory environment enabling us to provide a full service to our waste sector clients. Our services include advising on the legal issues affecting the managing, storing, handling, treating and disposing of waste as well as extracting value from waste.

We are an Affiliated Organisation Member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management. CIWM is the professional body, which represents waste professionals working in the sustainable resources and waste management sectors. CIWM sets the professional standards for individuals working iN the industry. We, in turn, continue to provide CIWM with regular corporate governance and other legal advice.
