We have in-depth experience in the negotiation of land sale agreements, conditional contracts, development agreements, option agreements, overage agreements and joint venture agreements.
We welcome being involved from Heads of Terms stage to help ensure that certain points of principle are agreed at an early stage. This should then help to reduce the time taken to negotiate the documentation.
