We act for numerous independent schools, including one of the largest group of independent schools in the UK. The extensive experience our lawyers have of this sector and the understanding we have gained of the specific operational needs of independent schools, means we offer prompt and effective legal solutions.
We work both directly for local authority departments and also with in-house legal teams. We have experience across a range of education matters and can assist in a number of ways, including providing advisory support, drafting responses and if necessary, representation at hearings.
