Company formations

Whether you know what type of company you plan to form, or whether you are still deciding, we can offer you the right advice. Starting with how to register your business address to appointing your company officers, issuing shares and ensuring you have the correct legal procedures in place.

We can prepare your first board minutes, advise on share certificates, provide you with your certificate of incorporate, memorandum and articles of association and prepare a complete set of the statutory books including all the necessary registers. Where required, companies can be formed within 24 hours.

Company secretarial

Whilst companies must comply with the obligations to file accounts and returns at Companies House, trying to remember all the legal regulations and requirements can be a burden. We can remove that burden for you.

We offer advice on maintaining statutory books, filing annual returns and, if required, dormant accounts, changes to company directors, secretaries, auditors or registered office and for transfers of shares. Filing is completed electronically using Companies House forms therefore preventing fraud and/or identify theft.

This service can be run in conjunction with our ClientView service.

Clientview

Our online service can provide you with a range of benefits including immediate access to your statutory records at all times from anywhere in the world. It will allow you to generate statutory registers immediately for emailing and can give you secure access to your documents whenever you need them.

ClientView is a unique service available to companies who retain our secretarial service.
