Fintech & Technology

We provide commercial advice to businesses large and small that have technology at the core of what they do, domestically and internationally, from software and website developers, software vendors and users, hardware manufactures, hosting providers, data centre operators, online retailers and providers of online services.

What we can do for you

Whatever stage your business is at, we understand the issues, and we have both the commercial and legal knowledge to support you.

We have a vast amount of experience of acting for crowdfunding and P2P businesses on many different aspects of their operations. We have been there when our clients needed advice on term sheets during the Series A funding stage and we have been there when debt funding lines, both private and institutional, have been on the table.

We have subsequently advised on a range of contracts and website terms. On the P2P side we have gone on to advise on the underlying transactions undertaken on lending documentation prepared by us.

Whether you're a technology innovator, developer or user, or whether you supply or manufacture products, we can provide advice and assistance in relation to projects in the fields of software development, procurement and technology licensing (including alternative energy systems). We can also help you on co-operation, collaboration and strategic alliances and on website and ecommerce compliance.

Contracts will always be tailored to your specific needs and will reflect our understanding of the business involved and the commercial deal.
