Starting 2023 off on the right foot

So far this year Lyndsay Kirkby, Mary Phillips, Rhiannon Penney and Gemma Goff in EMW’s Occupiers and Investor’s team have recently completed 2 leases for new retail premises for Deichmann UK Limited and have exchanged an agreement for lease for a third premises.

This follows several completions for new stores last year. These leases were of premises in shopping centres and retail parks across the country. Despite the increase in online shopping over the last few years, it is clear that there remains a strong demand for bricks and mortar stores for Deichmann, and we were delighted to assist them with these acquisitions.
