Sale to an EOT

Berkshire Consultancy Holdings Limited, which specialises in management and leadership development, was established in 1994 and has a formidable track record across public and private sectors, with clients including the likes of HS2, Hitachi, several universities and Government-wide talent programmes.

Mike Robinson the exiting majority shareholder and Sarah Hunter, the MD of Berkshire Consultancy Holdings Limited had the following to say:

Our Corporate team lead by Tracy Evans advised on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Berkshire Consultancy Holdings Limited to an employee ownership trust and the implementation of an EMI scheme. The Berkshire Consultancy EOT (as the Employee Ownership Trust will be known), now owns 100% of the group on behalf of the employees, and all employees will enjoy the benefits of the company’s success after one year of service.
