Sale of Mirus IT Trading Group
We are delighted to have advised the shareholders of The Mirus Trading Group Limited (“Mirus”) on the sale of their IT managed service business to I.T. Lab Limited.
Mirus is a regional and national award winning managed services, IT support and telecommunications provider based in Milton Keynes, who have amassed significant growth since being established in 2002 due to its keen knowledge of the marketplace and commitment to client service.
I.T. Lab are a national award winning provider of IT support and technology services with offices in London and Manchester, who offer managed services, cloud solutions and cyber security services to its 840 plus managed service clients, in addition to technical advisory, transition and transformational services.
About the acquisition, Paul Tomlinson, Managing Director of Mirus said:
