Tracy Evans of our Corporate team, assisted by Ross Hayward, recently advised Peter Tubb on the acquisition of a company trading as a Signs Express franchise in Slough.

Peter has been in the business for a number of years and he has been instrumental in its growth.

Signs Express provide an impressive range of comprehensive signs and graphics solutions, from exhibitions and displays to vehicles. They are more recently known for their expertise and key role in the preparation and delivery of signage for UEFA Women’s Euro 2022, in collaboration with a Spanish based signage company.

It was a pleasure assisting Peter and guiding him on the process. The franchise sector is one that we know well and we wish Peter every success with the business.
