Stephen Morris, Managing Director of Liscombe, commented: "Becoming part of the Electrocomponents group will accelerate our growth in industrial markets. We have the opportunity to expand beyond our existing customer base by utilising the scale and international spread of the Group, leveraging their industry-leading digital offer and expertise. We were pleased to be advised throughout the acquisition process by Ian and his team at EMW, and were very impressed by their practical and professional approach to all aspects of the transaction, and the support they were able to provide our team.”
Ian Morris, Principal in the Corporate team at EMW, commented: “We were delighted to support the Liscombe shareholders through this process which threw up some interesting challenges at times. We congratulate Stephen, Richard and the rest of the Liscombe shareholders on their successful exit and wish Stephen and Richard well in the next part of their journey as part of Electrocomponents.”
