We're delighted to have advised IW Capital

We're delighted to have advised leading private equity house IW Capital, on its leveraged buyout and growth equity investment into Olive Jar Digital.

Founded in 2015, Olive Jar Digital is one of the UK’s fastest growing, award-winning digital consultancies, championing managed digital delivery services and the provision of expert talent. They have been successful in delivering projects for all sectors including government and retail, using their knowledge and experience in both Digital Transformation and Talent Acquisition to mobilise the right resources and right team for client projects. This investment is focused on enabling the organic growth of Olive Jar through continued expansion into new segments in a growing market.

Douglas Lidgitt, Investment Director at IW Capital commented: “It was a pleasure working with EMW on the leveraged buyout and growth equity transaction for Olive Jar Digital. Olive Jar has grown strongly over the last 6 years and this transaction will enable them to take the next step in their development. EMW were a fantastic legal partner, providing high quality drafting and robust legal advice on a time sensitive basis. Their commercial approach to resolving a problem has always been a strong attribute of EMW. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Faye Meredith, Associate in our Corporate Finance team commented: “It is always a pleasure to assist IW Capital. We are pleased to have concluded yet another successful investment for them and we look forward to the next one!”

Our team was led by Simon Arkell and was assisted by Faye Meredith, Jeremy Eden, Ian Sharrock, Hollie Tompkins, Zehra Buyukdeniz, Andra Stanton and Amanda DeBruyn.
