We are delighted to have advised Health Made Easy Limited on its acquisition of Higher Nature Limited.
Health Made Easy is the parent company of Tree of Life UK, the largest wholesaler of natural, healthy and organic foods in the United Kingdom. In addition to its wholesale offering, Tree of Life also provides a range of organic products, as well as exclusively distributing for high profile brands such as Navitas Naturals (the leading superfood provider from the US), Betterbody Foods (a US company offering the best organic options for health and wellbeing) and Lucy Bee (one of the best known suppliers of organic raw Fair Trade coconut oil in the UK).
The acquisition of Higher Nature, who offer a wide range of high quality, ethical Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements, is a further positive step in Health Made Easy’s ambitions to grow their presence in the sector by adding a strong brand with great potential for the future.
