We're delighted to have advised the shareholders of Eazipay Limited

We recently advised the shareholders of Ely headquartered payment solutions provider, Eazipay Limited, on the sale of Eazipay Limited to Access UK Limited.

Eazipay set out 19 years ago to deliver payments solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processing payments for businesses. It is now one of the UK’s leading payment platform providers for the leisure, insurance, utilities and telecoms sectors.

Access UK is an exciting UK-focused software company with a complimentary payments offering and customer-centric culture. Access’ decision to acquire Eazipay is a reflection of founders Ron and Kathy’s hard work building a fantastic business over the past 19 years, and becoming one of the market leading direct debits providers in the payment processing space.

Ron Bradney, founder of Eazipay, commented: "We engaged EMW on the recommendation of a close friend, and it was the best thing we did. Ian Morris who is a partner in EMW, held our hand during the period of uncertainty when we really did not know what to do, or steps to take. EMW and Succession completed the sale in a remarkably efficient and professional manner in spite of the Corona Virus Pandemic. This was always extremely important to us because we did not want to disturb any of our clients.”

"It was a pleasure to work with the shareholders on this project. We wish Ron and Kathy well in their retirement and wish Luisa well as she begins a new journey as part of Access UK."

Our team was led by Ian Morris and assisted by Jemima Clarke, Amanda de Bruyn, Daisy Divoka, Danielle AllinghamPriya Magar, Matthew Holman, Andra Stanton, Daniel Wilson and Nick Ripper.

The shareholders received Corporate Finance advice from Min Luk and Miikka Metsanvirta at Succession Corporate Finance.
