Burbage Realty Partners was founded in 2016 when John Burbage’s Burbage Realty teamed up with a management team led by James Harrison, George Underwood and Cameron Mitchell.
Our Corporate team, led by Nick Lloyd assisted the management shareholders of Burbage Realty Partners with the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s leading real estate services firms.
Following the sale, the management shareholders will continue to provide this expertise in their new roles at Cushman & Wakefield. The sale has allowed Cushman & Wakefield to add a highly complementary skill set to their existing business and work towards achieving leading market positions in the key service lines and sectors in the global real estate markets.
