Keeping you COVID safe in our offices
The health and safety of our employees, clients and contacts is paramount and we will do all we can as a business to ensure our actions minimise the impact of COVID-19 on them.
We’re continually reviewing and adapting our plans in line with government guidance as well as taking into account any local restrictions that may be put in place.
Full risk assessments at our 3 offices have been carried out and we have developed plans to manage the risks of Covid-19.
Whilst we encourage virtual meetings or telephone appointments, we understand that face to face to meetings are sometimes a necessity and these can be organised by pre-arranging a meeting with your EMW contact.
If you’d like to visit our offices, we have numerous precautions in place to ensure your safety. Once your meeting has been confirmed, you will be sent a guide with further details about what you can expect to happen when you arrive.
We want to reassure you that we have:
- enhanced cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with official guidance;
- taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m social distance and where this is not always possible, we have put in place measures to manage transmission risk including limiting the number of people in our offices;
- increased the level of signage to ensure that social distancing and hygiene standards are observed; and
- provided information to ensure everyone at EMW is fully aware of the precautions needed to control transmission.
