Do I need a solicitor?

The Personal Representatives can be personally liable to the Beneficiaries up to the value of the estate, so it is essential that the estate is administered correctly.  Although very simple estates can sometimes be dealt with without the need for solicitors to be instructed, it is always a good idea to speak to a solicitor initially.  This is especially important where there was a home-made Will, or no Will at all.  The solicitors fees would be payable from the estate.

We would be happy to help you with the administration of an estate.  We have the experience and knowledge to be able to deal with things quickly and efficiently.  We can pre-empt any potential problems which might arise and can advise you every step of the way.

Please give us a call if you would like more information about the service we can offer, our fees or any other matter.
