We hold the Lexcel accreditation, which is the Law Society’s practice management quality mark.  This requires us to comply with strict standards for the benefit of our clients and employees, which cover the following practice management issues:

• defined structure and policies
• business plan
• responsibility for financial management procedures
• arrangements for the recruitment development and welfare of personnel
• supervision and risk management systems
• client care
• file and case management systems

We were re-accredited with the Lexcel standard earlier this year with nil non-compliances, which is the highest standard that can be achieved.

We have had the Investors in People (“IIP”) accreditation since 1996 and are 100% committed to training and developing our people to ensure that we can deliver high quality legal services to our clients.
